My Email Address is in Use

If while registering for an account with Safe2Meet you receive a message that your email address is in use:

  1. Confirm that the email you entered is correct
  2. If the email address is correct, use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to send a password reminder to the email you are trying to register with

NOTE: If your email is in use but you were not the one that used it for registration you can request that the account be closed by emailing us at We may require that you supply valid identification in order to complete your request
